Gain a whole new understanding and appreciation of the mysteries of the cosmos during this fun course, then put it into action by assembling your own telescope! Space scientist Dimitri Klebe will show you how telescopes and telescope instruments work and how they are used to gather data for scientific research. He’ll lead you through an overview of the origin and timeline of the universe, and the formation of stars, galaxies, and planets. You’ll also experience stargazing away from city lights on a field trip to use the 22-inch research grade telescope at the Mount Evans Outdoor Education Laboratory.  All sales are final unless the Museum cancels the program.
