Searching for Life on Titan

Picture of Searching for Life on Titan
Wednesday
April 24, 2013
7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Join us as three scientists (Christophe Sotin, Bob West and Tom Orlando) from the NASA Astrobiology Institute (NAI) Titan research team share updates on the atmosphere, surface, and geology of Saturn’s largest moon and what this research tells us about early Earth. This engaging evening will be hosted and moderated by the Museum’s own David Grinspoon. Three scientists from the NAI Titan research team will share updates on the atmosphere, surface, and geology of Saturn’s largest moon. They will discuss how these interdisciplinary investigations of Titan may also provide a basis for understanding early Earth. Following the lecture, mingle with the presenters and experts from the NASA Astrobiology Institute, who will answer questions and continue the discussion at a cash bar reception.

All sales are final unless the Museum cancels the event.
